1. **Project Cancellation:** If the client decides to cancel the project before any work commences, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable expenses incurred by GB Design Agency during the initial stages.

2. **Unsatisfactory Performance:** In cases where the client is dissatisfied with the progress or quality of our work, a refund may be considered. The client must provide detailed feedback and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns before a refund is granted.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the client must submit a written request to GB Design Agency via email or postal mail, clearly stating the reason for the refund and providing relevant project details. We will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

Upon approval, GB Design Agency will process the refund within 30 business days from the approval date. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.

Non-Refundable Expenses

Certain project expenses may be non-refundable, such as domain name registrations, third-party software licenses, stock photos, and similar costs. Clients will be informed of any non-refundable expenses before the project commences.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties commit to good-faith negotiations to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
